A guest cottage that doubles as a family overflow space with bunk beds in the main bedroom, a full kitchen, with laundry, and room to breathe.

The structure had history to overcome. Originally a garage, cheaply converted by a previous owner, the floor plan made little sense. The spaces were re-zoned from the ground up — sleeping, living, cooking, and storage reconfigured into a sequence that finally felt their own.
